11.1 The sagjili platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. sagjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If sagjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed and the data deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations.
11.2 If you believe a person under 21 has registered a sagjili account, please contact sagjili support immediately.
12.1 sagjili reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, sagjili will provide notice to registered players via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.
