2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a sagjili account. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. sagjili conducts age verification during registration and prior to processing first withdrawals.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. sagjili's services are intended for players physically located within the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of sagjili does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You represent that you are not currently subject to any active self-exclusion from sagjili or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator. Registering while under a valid self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) sagjili account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. sagjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including Philippine government-issued identification (PhilSys, UMID, SSS, GSIS, Pag-IBIG, driver's license, or passport) — at any time to verify the information you have provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sagjili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Closure. sagjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have breached these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or where the account holder requests closure under sagjili's responsible gaming self-exclusion framework.
3.5 KYC Verification. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by sagjili support may result in withdrawal processing delays. KYC is conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sagjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your sagjili account balance in real time, subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically credited within 15–30 minutes.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your sagjili account. sagjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. sagjili targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to four (4) business hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. sagjili is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times once funds have been released from the sagjili platform.
4.6 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). sagjili does not charge currency conversion fees as all balances are maintained in PHP.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by sagjili are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your sagjili account must be wagered at the specified turnover multiplier before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. sagjili actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors. Accounts determined to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 sagjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and are not available to Professional Players as defined under applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
6.1 All games available on the sagjili platform are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers. In the event of a conflict between a provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, and provider rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific outcomes.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on sagjili use certified random number generation technology. Game fairness is independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed on each game's information page.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, sagjili reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. sagjili is not liable for any losses, actual or anticipated, arising from a technical malfunction.
6.4 Disputed Results. All game results recorded in sagjili's system are final. Where a player believes a result has been incorrectly recorded, a dispute may be submitted to sagjili support within seven (7) days of the disputed round. sagjili's decision following review is final and binding.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sagjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sagjili platform without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, sagjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sagjili platform, even if sagjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 sagjili's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their sagjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 sagjili does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
11.1 sagjili collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the sagjili Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the sagjili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 sagjili will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, regulatory authority, or as necessary to provide the sagjili service (e.g., identity verification providers, payment processors).
12.1 sagjili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sagjili will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via an in-platform notification.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to sagjili's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a formal dispute by contacting sagjili support. sagjili will respond to formal disputes within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through sagjili's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
